who built the
organ.
In 1848 the newly
appointed Rector,
Rev William H.
Charlton, ordered the removal of the west gallery and in 1850
purchased the organ and dumb organist for a total of £230.
Restored in 1952 and 1976, with a complete overhaul in 1992 by
Richard Bower & Co of Wroxham, Norfolk:

BIOS Historic Organ Certificate awarded 1998 (ungraded). Tunes
recorded in 1999.
Two barrels x 6 tunes; the names of the tunes are written on the
barrels.
